Some of our products are bespoke, (made to measure). According to the Consumer Contract regulations June 13th 2014 we are not required to refund on purchases that are bespoke.
refunds will be made for products that are faulty. Whilst we maintain that products are due to strict quality control there may be an unforeseen irregularity.
Orders for handbags and boots are subject to cancellation upon the clients' request during the period of the order and fourteen days of receipt of the item.
